Will you mail to other countries?
NO, Please do not ask. There is too much corruption, shipping is too expensive, and too many complaints.
Is this a secured website?
Yes, Checkout is processed on a secured 128bit encrypted site. Verisign is the credit card processor.
I can add only 1 item to the shopping cart at a time.... what gives?
Our site requires "cookies" to be enabled within the browser. Make sure your browser's security setting for cookies is set to allow.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping is based on the destination zip code and the weight of the items purchased. Once you have added the items to the shopping cart, select Checkout, fill-in your address information, and the next screen will provide the shipping options. Typically, UPS Ground shipping costs about the same to send 1 item or many items.
When will my order be shipped?
Our goal is to ship all orders within 2 business days from when payment is received... and we do! We move fast so you get your guns fast. No waiting period for our guns.
Do you accept mailed in payments?
Yes, Money orders ONLY (NO CHECKS) are accepted at the address on noted on the homepage. ALL mailed in payment orders will be sent with an adult signature 21+ required upon delivery. All payments must in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank; otherwise the payment will not be deposited.
Can I place an order over the phone?
It is best to place the order over the website. That insures the order is filled quickly and without issue. There is more room for error if placed over the phone.
Do you accept Paypal?
Yes we do, Paypal is now a payment option during checkout. If you need to send a payment manually, our id is orders@kapowwe.com.
